FAQ:

Q: How old are the milk? When is the expiry date?
A: Our milk inventories are no older than 5 days. We receive up to 3 batches per week hence unable to track expiry dates. Assume all milk have a min of 2 weeks expiry else we will not sell them.

Q: How long can the milk be good for?
A: Keep all fresh milk at the inner section of the refrigerator (not by the doors) and it can remain good (unopened) beyond expiry date. FYI, please consume opened milk within 3 days.

Q: Do you deliver? How much are the fees?
A: Yes, you will receive a quote at checkout (Lalamove delivery only). Any discount on delivery fees will be refunded to you in the form of store credits. All Lalamove deliveries are of best effort basis. We do our best to accomodate your availability. Else do assume it's at least 1 working day (24-hours) from order date & time (in-stock), or longer (not in-stock). 

Q: Why is the delivery fee so expensive? May I self-pickup? 
A: You can self-pickup at our selected outlets or request your preferred logistic company by selecting self-pickup at checkout, PM us on Messenger or WhatsApp to arrange.

Failure to read the FAQ before ordering will result in your order to be automatically cancelled and refunded to you as store credits.

One-to-one exchange for damaged items during delivery or manufacturing defects (spoiled within the expiry date) is provided, however customer will bear the cost of delivery back to us. We will deliver the replacement at our cost.
